All of our products are digital and delivered electronically. This includes downloadable resources, challenges, planners, courses, and digital guides.

Because these are instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refund eligibility

We do not offer refunds for:

• Digital downloads once accessed or delivered
• Online courses or challenges once purchased
• Coaching or consulting sessions once booked or completed

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• You were charged more than once in error
• You did not receive access due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved
