Rise & Rebuild – Booking Policy

By booking a session with Rise & Rebuild, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking for all paid sessions unless otherwise stated.

• Free sessions are limited to one per person and subject to availability.

• A booking is only confirmed once payment (if applicable) has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

• One reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Session Delivery

• All sessions are delivered online unless otherwise stated.

• Meeting links (e.g. Google Meet) will be provided before your session.
